Terms and Conditions

1. General

By purchasing tickets, sponsorship packages, exhibitor spaces, or any related products through www.globaldentalsummit.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Global Dental Summit reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Event Information

The Global Dental Summit Miami 2026 is scheduled to take place on November 21–22, 2026, in Miami, Florida.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, schedule, venue, or format if necessary.

3. Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout (e.g., PayPal, credit/debit cards, or other approved providers).

All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All ticket and sponsorship purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

If the event is postponed, registrations and sponsorships will automatically transfer to the new event date.

If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer’s control (force majeure), the organizer’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the ticket or sponsorship.

Travel, accommodation, or other related expenses are not reimbursable.

5. Sponsorship & Exhibitor Terms

Sponsors and exhibitors agree to:

Provide requested materials (logos, descriptions, promotional content) by the specified deadlines.

Comply with event venue regulations.

Use booth space solely for lawful promotional purposes.

Failure to comply with deadlines may result in limited brand exposure without entitlement to refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All event materials, branding, logos, content, and presentations remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

No content from the event may be recorded, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written authorization.

7. Media Release

By attending the event, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability

The organizer shall not be liable for:

Personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

Delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Attendees and sponsors assume full responsibility for their participation.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event administration and communication purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
