Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registration Confirmation

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. These policies apply to all program registrations, including lectures and hands-on workshop sessions.

Participant Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to:

Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:

• 90 days or more prior to the event:

Full refund minus a $150 administrative processing fee.

• 60–89 days prior to the event:

75% refund of the total registration fee.

• 30–59 days prior to the event:

50% refund of the total registration fee.

• Less than 30 days prior to the event:

No refunds will be issued.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.

Transfer Policy

Registrations may be transferred to another licensed dental professional at no additional charge, provided written notice is received at least seven (7) days prior to the event.

Event Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that Global Dental Institute cancels the program, participants will receive a full refund of all registration fees paid.

Global Dental Institute is not responsible for airfare, hotel accommodations, travel expenses, or other related costs incurred by participants.

Force Majeure

Global Dental Institute shall not be held liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, governmental regulations, public health emergencies, venue closures, travel restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

In such cases, registration fees may be applied as a credit toward a future educational program at the discretion of Global Dental Institute.

Continuing Education Credit Policy

Continuing education credits will be awarded only to participants who attend and complete the educational program in accordance with AGD PACE requirements.
